To help us investigate quickly, please include:
- Your macOS version and Linggua version
- The meeting app and version you used
- Whether the issue affected listening, speaking or billing
- Steps to reproduce and any error message

Do not email model keys, full meeting recordings or other people’s personal data. We usually reply within 3 business days.
